Junior Infrastructure Engineer
Help us build more privacy-enhancement tools for people!
We are looking for a junior infrastructure engineer to join our team and help us run our internal infrastructure. If you have recently finished university with a focus on technology, such as software engineering, systems engineering or computer science, this opportunity is for you! And if you have no technical education, but have some self-taught Linux skills, that works fine too.
We are looking for persons that are happy to learn, that have initiative, curiosity and self-drive. Part of the job will include mentoring and learning how to improve your infrastructure skills in many ways.
Our work environment is collaborative and agile. We respect differences and hope that your perspective will make us better!
Our systems are built on Linux and FreeBSD, so you will learn how to navigate both of these. We work hard to secure our systems and we work with infrastructure as code, to make managing all our machines as easy as possible. Part of the infrastructure job is also to give technical support to our coworkers with whatever problems they might have.
If you are interested in collaborating with us on the projects we develop, that is something we would happily accept as well - but it’s not a requirement in this role.
Get in touch with us if any of this sounds interesting. Don’t hesitate to contact us! We are looking for people with potential, and the only way we can figure that out is by talking to you.
